  • Is it washable? How do you clean it?

    You may remove the covers to wash and clean, but pillow foam should NOT be washed. It is recommended to dehumidify it once every 2 weeks with a dehumidifier and also place it on a ventilated place for 30 minutes. Do not expose to high temperature to avoid hardening.
